In My Mailbox 25 & Sunday Post 24

In My Mailbox is a weekly post hosted by The Story Siren.
Each week bloggers participate to share what books they received.

8 day streak with no purchases.  Not the longest I've gone without buying a book, but definitely a good thing none-the-less.

So let me live vicariously through ya'll today.  What books did you buy, borrow, win, etc...this past week?

Sunday Post is a weekly post hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
Each week bloggers participate to share book news from their week and what's to come in the week ahead.

This past week we were on vacation in Tampa so my posts were minimal from what I had originally planned to do.
Also yesterday we celebrated my son's 11th birthday!  His party was held at the TaeKwonDo school my kids attend with 19 kids being in attendance.  All wore matching TKD shirts - thanks to the awesome invention of "iron-on transfers".  Mr. Jones (aka their TKD instructor) did a great job - as he always does - and made the party non-stop fun.  Honestly for what little I paid...he deserved more for all the work he put into it.

RECAP OF WEEK:

WEDNESDAY: I participated in the Cover Reveal of Frigid by J. Lynn aka Jennifer L. Armentrout.  Waiting on Wednesday featuring Waiting on This Girl.

Review - Walking Disaster

Many people celebrate today as a holiday we call Easter.  Some people use this holiday to remember the resurrection of the world's Savior, Jesus Christ.  Whatever your beliefs are regarding this, perhaps there are some reading that don't know how the tradition of Easter got started, or more importantly, who Jesus really is.  I invite you to take a look at some articles my husband wrote on his blog, Chasing A Lion.
